Teaching & Mentorship

I teach across a range of educational contexts, with a focus on creative technologies, digital media, and artistic research. My approach is hands-on, flexible, and tailored to the needs of each learner—whether in group workshops or one-on-one mentorships.
I currently work in a freelance capacity, offering mentorships, private tutorials, and project-based guidance to artists and students exploring the intersection of art and technology.

Most recently, I have joined the Sherkin Island BA in Visual Arts course as a Digital Facilitator, working alongside artists and educators Jesse Jones, Glenn Loughran, and Sinéad McCormick. In this role, I support students through individual tech clinics, facilitate digital workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout their creative process.
I design and deliver workshops in a wide range of software and tools, including:
-
DaVinci Resolve (video editing & color grading)
-
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)
-
Max/MSP (visual programming for interactive media)
-
Blender (3D modeling and animation)
-
Reaper & Digital Audio Workflows
-
Physics of Sound & Experimental Audio Practices
My teaching emphasizes experimentation, critical thinking, and the poetic potential of digital tools in contemporary art practices.

For about five years now I have been building up a collection of tutorials for various different software for all levels . Some Examples below.
