Based in Ireland, Billy Kemp is an artist whose practice moves between film, sound, installation, and performance. His work explores analogicity, digitality, perception, and mediation. He collaborates widely across disciplines, particularly within experimental music and contemporary dance practices.

He is a member of The Guesthouse Collective, works freelance as an Art Technician and is a Digital Facilitator on the Sherkin Island Visual Art BA program.
